My name is Aileen Axtmayer and I have over 14 years of experience focusing on the intersection of work and wellness.

After a decade of career coaching and working with thousands of people, I can say with conviction that employees don’t just want to love what they do - they also want to feel valued where they do it. 

Employees are much happier, engaged, and more likely to stay at an organization when they feel invested in and able to have the time, space, and resources to take care of themselves.
