Some easy (mostly free!) effective tools and tips to both calm your mind/body down when stressed as well as prevent chronic stress
an all-levels, quick guided yoga flow (done standing and in work clothes!), showing participants how they can integrate these stretches/poses throughout the day to counteract stress
