The KITCHEN at The Boston Public Market is honored to host Aileen Axtmayer and Olivia Duffy for a wellness class to soothe your body and mind. Learn how to use essential oils and yoga to boost your immune system and motivation levels to help you stay healthy and achieve your goals. This is a restorative yoga class, all levels are welcome.

This class is FREE and open to everyone. Please bring your own mat and wear cozy layers.
